Doosan Infracore reported that on November 28 it completed construction work of its futuristic new R&D Center in the Changwon-1 Factory, the largest of its kind in Korea, after the commencement of the work in November 2007, and held the work completion ceremony at the factory with 400-plus people attending, including Doosan Infracore Chairman Park Yong-sung and Vice Chairman Choi Seung-chul.
The 5-story building with a basement and a total floor size of 6,870 m2 was built as a nature-friendly building and in a way that will provide an optimal research environment. It is also equipped with a three-tier security system.
